Spade's Counseling Agency has locations in both Michigan and Wisconsin. Our main clinic is at 908 2nd Street, Menominee, MI 49858 and our branch office is located at 1651 Ludington St, Marinette, WI 54143. We do not have an on-site secretary, so please call the number below for assistance.

To schedule an appointment for counseling services, please call: 906.864-9830. We provide phone, video, and in-person services. We accept the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Molina, Forward Health (Badgercare), United Behavioral Health (UBH), United Medical Resources (UMR), WEA Trust, Humana, and United Health Care. We DO NOT accept UPHP. If you do not have insurance, there is a self-pay rate of $60.00 per session.

Saturdays by approved appointment only.
